Massachusetts Juvenile Crimes

Given the tragedies which have occurred in schools in recent years, law enforcement has taken a much more proactive role in the school environment.  Although this ensures a higher level of security to protect our children, it also results in school disciplinary matters being taken much more seriously.  School discipline is now a police matter.

As they learn their way in the complex adult world, teenagers are bound to make mistakes. With police on campus and inflexible school rules, a teenage prank or altercation can result in serious criminal charges.

Probation is no longer the usual punishment for massachusetts juvenile offenses - and parents may be levied large fines as part of the justice process.  If your child is in trouble, the earlier a highly qualified defense attorney becomes involved, the better.
